A rebuild of my own portfolio for real deployment: repository-root structure, static build, Portuguese and English routes, public assets and Cloudflare Pages-ready configuration.

Turned a local Node server into a static version ready for Pages.
Organized routes, assets, translations and docs to reduce deployment mistakes.
Added i18n validation and build checks to keep the site consistent before publishing.
